The Weirdest Kids You Know

You know you are a mom when you say things like "Why are you sitting on your brother?" and you mean it in a completely literal sense.  And then your daughter responds with "We are playing baby bird and I'm hatching him." and that sounds like a completely reasonable explanation.

Ha!  This cracks me up!  I guess his version of being a tiny bird involves having your wings come out of your cheeks.  Cutest baby bird ever.

If she starts regurgitating food for him I might have to put a stop to it...luckily this baby bird eats matchbox cars.  Nothing surprises me anymore...
